1. Browsing our website
The home page is a good starting point for finding your way around the Dynaspine website. We’ve included a number of features to help you find what you're looking for as quickly and as easily as possible. If you'd like to find out more information on the unique Dynaspine technology, our What is Dynaspine? page can help. Alternatively, if you know which Dynaspine product you'd like, go to the top menu or click Dynaspine Back Supports or Dynaspine Chairs.
Don’t forget, wherever you are on the website, you can go back to the home page by simply clicking on ‘Home’ from the top menu or the Dynaspine logo at the very top left of the website.
2. Using the shopping basket
2.1 On the product page for the item you want to order you will see images and more details. Select the colour you would like from the drop down menu. If you’re ready to place your order simply click on the green ‘Add to Cart’ button below the product description. It’s as simple as that, the item you want to order should be displayed in our secure ‘Checkout’ in the top right corner of the website.
2.2 Feel free to browse the rest of the website before placing your order. To do so please click on the ‘Home’ link in the top menu.
2.3 When you’re ready to place your order please click on the ‘Checkout’ button in the top right of the website.
3. Delivery
All orders to UK Mainland are delivered by APC Courier Logistics for only £5.95. Your order can be delivered to your home, office or even to your neighbour’s house.
If your order is for outside UK Mainland please contact our Customer Services Team who can arrange delivery for you. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm and Friday 8:45am to 3:45pm.
4. Using the checkout
Once you're in our checkout your web browser will start using our secure connection which encrypts information sent to and from your computer, ensuring no one can read or edit the information; your details remain safe!
You will see your order on the Checkout page. If you decide you want to change your order simply click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button and select the product you'd like to order. To remove the original item from our secure checkout click on the red cross next to that item.
To place your order click on the ‘Place your order’ button. Next we will ask you for some details in order to complete your order including name, address, telephone number and credit/debit card details. Your credit/debit details will not be kept for future visits or for any other purpose to help keep them secure. Once you have completed all required fields, we ask you to double check all the information you have entered to ensure it is correct. Once you’re happy, please click on the ‘Submit’ button. Your order is then sent to our warehouse where it is processed for delivery.
Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email containing a copy of the items you have purchased. If you notice anything is incorrect when you receive this email please contact our Customer Services Team as soon as possible on +44(0)1246 268456 (Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm and Friday 8:45am to 3:45pm).
5. Dispatching your order
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched that day, however orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Your order will be delivered by APC Courier Logistics to the delivery address you requested.
6. Returns
You can return your order to us within 30 days of receiving it providing it is unmarked, unused and returned in the original packaging in a clean and resalable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund the delivery charges for returning the item(s) to us. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
