Payment
Once your order has been submitted though our website, we will pass it to our warehouse for processing. Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm are dispatched the following working day.
Currency:
Prices shown on www.DynaspineInternational.com are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Returns:
If for any reason you would like to return your Dynaspine order, you may do so within the first 30 days of receiving the product. The goods must be unmarked, unused and returned in the original packaging in a clean, resalable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund the delivery charges for returning the item(s) to us.
If you would like to return your order please call the Dynaspine Customer Services Team on +44(0) 1246 268456. When calling please have your order reference number ready.
If your Dynaspine product is faulty or you have received the incorrect order, Spinal Dynamics International Ltd will accept the charges for the return of the goods. In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges.
Spinal Dynamics International Ltd. cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. We therefore recommend a certificate of posting is gained from the Post Office or Courier.

Our offices are open Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm and Friday 8:45am to 3:45pm.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to the point of order dispatch. Thereafter order cancellation will be treated as an order return. In order to action your cancellation please call our Customer Services Team on +44(0) 1246 268456 during our working hours of Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm and Friday 8:45am to 3:45pm.
